MISS MAC MUSIC
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions cover the use of missmacmusic.com and purchases made through its store. Please read them alongside our Sales, Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. About Miss Mac Music
The site is operated by Jaime Hinckson under the trading name Miss Mac Music, with activities in the United States and Brazil.

For website, service or order enquiries, use our Contact form. Select “Store & orders” for purchases or “Privacy / data request” for personal-information requests. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through the form.
The online store is being prepared. Printful and PayPal are planned integrations, not currently available services. We will complete the seller disclosures, shipping information and payment setup before accepting orders.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site and use its features for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or misuse other people’s personal information. We may restrict misuse proportionately, subject to applicable law.
To place an order you must have the legal capacity to enter the transaction, or appropriate authorisation from a parent or legal guardian. Keep any account credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Music, images and creative work
Music, recordings, photographs, artwork, logos and text belong to Miss Mac Music or their respective creators and rights holders. Browsing the site or buying merchandise or a physical recording does not transfer copyright or grant commercial-use, reproduction or synchronisation rights. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Contact us about licensing or permissions.
Artist listings describe collaborations and do not imply ownership of an artist’s work, an exclusive relationship or endorsement of every product on the site.
4. Orders and sales
The product description, selected options and charges shown before payment form part of an order. Our Sales, Shipping & Returns policy explains order acceptance, USD prices, fulfilment, delivery, cancellations and refunds. The store will only offer methods and destinations actually supported at checkout.
If a material pricing or stock error is discovered, we will contact you to explain and obtain agreement to any proposed correction or cancel and refund an unaccepted order. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement. Mandatory consumer protections and rights for accepted orders remain unaffected.
5. Production and other services
An enquiry about production, distribution, artist development or a live performance is not a booking or a promise of availability. Project scope, fees, deliverables, licences, schedules and cancellation terms must be agreed separately before work starts. No sales, streaming, distribution-placement or career outcome is guaranteed by the website’s general descriptions.
6. External platforms and payments
Social, streaming and video links lead to independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. Consent-controlled embedded content loads according to your cookie choices. Privacy-enhanced YouTube players load directly, independently of those choices, as explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. When payment or fulfilment integrations become available, their role will be disclosed before purchase. They do not replace Miss Mac Music’s obligations as the seller.
7. Messages and reviews
Only submit content you are entitled to provide. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful material or other people’s private information. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, spam or irrelevant content. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your creative work or enrol you in marketing.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but maintenance and technical faults may interrupt access. Contact us about an error so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer guarantees, or removes remedies for faulty goods, misrepresentation or other matters protected by law.
9. Disputes and consumer rights
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain the right to use payment-provider dispute processes, consumer-protection authorities and the courts available under applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights or force consumers to give up the protections or competent courts of their home jurisdiction where those rights are mandatory.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and services develop. The update date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
